Dodie Cason is passionate about serving the local business community in her role as Business Banker with Heritage Bank. She serves as board chair for Connecting Henry and regularly teaches Financial Literacy classes to the S.W.A.G. students. She also chairs the Henry County Chamber of Commerce’s Small Business Council and Main Street McDonough Promotions committee. She also serves on the Board for Our World H.O.P.E. Park. She and her husband can be found jogging around the McDonough square, spending time with their families, or serving in their church.

Kerry Arnold is President of Heritage Bank for the Henry County market and is Past President of the Henry County Rotary Club. He serves on the Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and the Chamber’s Governmental Affairs Committee. He has been the coordinator of the Henry County Adopt-A-Highway program for several years.
Kerry and his wife of 34 years, Cindy attend Pinecrest Baptist Church.

Darrell Green is a senior vice president and small business acquisition manager at Wells Fargo with more than 25 years’ experience in Commercial and Business Banking Management, Sales Administration, Strategy and Consulting.
Based in Atlanta, GA, he is responsible for new business development, implementing small business acquisition strategy and leading the small business development team in the southeast US. Darrell leads a team of 11 small business development officers who serve small business customers across a 4 state region, with up to $5 million in annual revenues and provide financial services including business lending, cash flow optimization and customized business solutions.
Darrell earned a B.A in business administration from Morehouse College with a concentration in Banking and Finance.
He is also a graduate of Wells Fargo Black/African American Leaders Program and active with Wells Fargo Black/African Team Member Network (BAACTMN), Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. and Morehouse College Alumni Associations.
Darrell serves in Executive Leadership roles on the Boards of Susan G Komen Atlanta, Georgia Minority Supplier Development Council (GMSDC) and the West End CID.

Prior to being in the mortgage industry, BeLinda spent six years working for a top Atlanta builder and four years as a Realtor. BeLinda has opened 4 new mortgage offices over her career in Locust Grove, McDonough and now at Eagle's Landing in Stockbridge, GA.
