DEI Summit

The annual DEI Summit launched in 2023 as a three-county chamber collaborative — Henry, Fayette, and Clayton Counties. The 2023 Summit defined the opportunity and established momentum for businesses to move forward with meaningful strategies for DEI in the workplace. The Henry County Chamber DEI committee, produces the annual DEI Summit and works year round to to promote the value and power of diversity, equity, and inclusion in our community. The DEI Summit provides diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies to enable businesses to support and develop talent, resources, and business opportunities necessary to elevate minority businesses and employees in an increasing competitive global marketplace.
