Rodney Bowler has served the students and community of Henry County for over twenty-four years as an educator with Henry County Schools.  Prior to his work as Superintendent, Mr. Bowler served as Assistant Superintendent for Administrative Services, Director of Human Resource Services, founding Principal of Union Grove High School, Assistant Principal at Eagle’s Landing High School, and as a Special Education Teacher at Eagle’s Landing High School and Henry County Middle School. 
 Mr. Bowler is committed to his service as the fourteenth Superintendent for Henry County Schools.  He truly believes Henry County is a county of desired residence as a result of the strength of the school system and the partnerships the school system has within the county and across the state.  He is committed to the school system’s mission of Ensuring Success for Each Student and is confident that this mission will be realized.
