The Women's Leadership Council empowers entrepreneurial and business-minded women from various sectors by providing them with resources, connecting them with mentors, and creating an atmosphere for them to thrive in their careers and personal lives.
Participation in the programs and events produced by the Women's Leadership Council, allows women to become part of a supportive community of like-minded women in business and gain access to valuable opportunities for personal and professional growth.

The Women’s Leadership Council brings together a powerhouse circle of forward-thinking women from within the Henry County Chamber of Commerce. With a sharp pulse on the needs of women in leadership and a laser-focused commitment to their mission, the Council is shaping a dynamic movement that elevates, equips, and amplifies women leaders across Henry County.
The most anticipated gathering celebrating women during International Women's Month!
Typically held on the first Thursday in March, the summit is a day filled with inspiration from women leaders at the top of their industry, featuring inspiring keynote speakers, engaging panel discussions, and networking opportunities with women from all over the metro Atlanta southern crescent.
The EmPOWER her EXPO is a feature event held during the Women's EmPOWERment Summit in March. Businesses are invited to showcase their products and services to the women who attend the annual celebration of International Women's Month.

Scholarship for Young Women
Sponsored by the Henry County Chamber of Commerce Education Foundation and administered by the Women's Leadership Council, the Scholarship For Young Women offers two $1,000 scholarship opportunities for Henry County female students. The scholarships are awarded annually during the Women's EmPOWERment Summit.
