Community Dialogue Webinar: Culture of Customer Service
Members of the Henry County hospitality community have a bold new opportunity to elevate the customer service experience for their customers to a new level of excellence. The Chamber's tourism team, visithenrycountygeorgia.com has completed development of a comprehensive online training program designed specifically for restaurants, hotels, and attractions in Henry County -- businesses with employees whose work involves front-line, customer-facing engagement.
The program named 'Culture of Customer Service: Hospitality for All' is underway with its first cohort beginning the training this month. Join this panel discussion to learn more about the training program which includes an opening module 'Customer Service 101' followed by five modules dedicated to topics involving various aspects of diversity, equity, and inclusion. You'll meet the tourism team's program developers and two module instructors. The panel will share details about the individual modules and how businesses in the hospitality industry can access the training.
