Topic: Legal Essentials for Social Media Success
We've heard the best practices for utilizing Social Media. We've learned how to promote our businesses through a variety of web-based portals as well as how and when to respond to negative feedback. The third piece of this series will educate guests on privacy policies and the Can-Spam Act. In addition, we'll hear about avoiding the National Labor Relations Board and the magic language that influencers need in order to legally keep affiliate commissions on recommended products and services.
