Richard is a seasoned executive excelling in driving highly complex programs for global companies. His innate entrepreneurial spirit and committed focus on strategy, profitability and coaching has resulted in continuous, progressive leadership responsibilities throughout his career.

As a public servant, he has worked with non-profit organizations providing leadership and advisory services to coach, drive and help organizations realize their goals. He is currently an ARC board member, serving the Workforce Development and Aging & Independent committees, and a past board member of the National Black MBA Atlanta Chapter, and Henry County Chamber of Commerce.
