Gordon State College welcomes the community to the medieval setting and a “Game of Thrones” as our Fine and Performing Arts presents the psychological thriller The Tragedy of Macbeth on Nov. 6 at 6:30 p.m., Nov. 7-9 at 7:30 p.m. and Nov.10 at 2:00 p.m. The classic play commonly known by “blood will have blood” centers around a brutal warrior and his ambitious wife grasping for a ripe opportunity to murder King Duncan and become the new king and queen of Scotland. The evil supernatural presence of three witches influences this feckless mission, all the way to its violent end. (Note- Not recommended for children 12 and under).
Admission to Macbeth is free for faculty, staff and students with proper Gordon State College ID cards. Pricing for general admission is $10 for adults, $5 for senior citizens and $5 for children 18-years old or younger.
