The Southern Opportunity and Resilience (SOAR) Fund is a new program built to support small businesses and nonprofits in the South and Southeast as they adapt, reopen safely, and recover from COVID-19. Loans are made through local community lenders, such as Accion Opportunity Fund (AOF), that can help you understand the terms and determine if a loan is the right option for your business.
