  • Stockbridge To Present Virtual Series for Tasty Tuesdays

    Stockbridge, Georgia- July 6, 2020- The City of Stockbridge will debut its Virtual Series for Tasty Tuesdays on this Tuesday, July 7, 2020 at 7 pm on Facebook. The virtual series is free to watch and available on demand after the premier. The three week series will feature area restaurants and live entertainment for viewers. The City is giving viewers the opportunity to win prizes. Viewers can submit family photographs with Centennial celebratory handwritten or computer generated signs to enter a free random drawing for fun giveaways. All photograph submissions for the weekly drawing should be emailed to tastytuesdays@cityofstockbridge-ga.gov by the following Wednesday at noon. Winners will be announced each Thursday afternoon on social media outlets for the City of Stockbridge. 


    "This unique virtual series truly captures the essence of our community, " said Stockbridge Events Manager Cie Cie Wilson McGhee. "Due to COVID-19 and its serious health implications, we obviously can't hold our traditional in-person Tasty Tuesdays but this virtual experience has special appeal that will impress our community members. We are bringing exciting cuisine into homes for all generations over the next three weeks. We encourage everyone to witness history with us as innovation and food meet for our Virtual Series for Tasty Tuesdays. See you on Facebook. We remain Stockbridge Strong."


    New, never seen before episodes will air for the next three weeks on Facebook, with each episode premiering on Tuesday at 7 pm EST. Each episode will feature local eateries and live performances by area artists. Community members can view the newly produced series by visiting @StockbridgeTastyTuesdays or @StockbridgeCityHall on Facebook.
