Stockbridge, Georgia- June 26, 2020- As a COVID-19 precaution, offices of the City of Stockbridge will remain physically closed off to the public through July 3, 2020. Staff will continue to perform work duties and physically report to offices Monday through Friday. Friday, July 3, 2020 is the recognized holiday for Independence Day; thus, staff will not be in the office on the designated City holiday.
"Staff will return to offices on a full-time basis on this upcoming Monday, "  said Stockbridge City Manager Randy Knighton. "We certainly look forward to welcoming the public back into our government buildings in the upcoming future. The City is closely watching the latest health data related to COVID-19 and we will continue to prioritize the health of all community members. The team here at the City of Stockbridge appreciates the understanding as we navigate through these unique circumstances. We remain Stockbridge Strong."

Due to the urgent nature of the current COVID-19 Pandemic, we ask that community members continue to frequently check the City's Facebook and Instagram pages for the most up to date information.
Social distancing is being encouraged throughout the United States at this time. Community members are encouraged to wear face masks while in public.  For pertinent health updates, everyone is encouraged to visit the website for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Suspected cases of COVID-19 in the surrounding area should be reported immediately to the Georgia Department of Health at 1-844-442-2681.
