    Webinar Launching Free Vendor Registration  


    Stockbridge, Georgia- February 22, 2021 - The Stockbridge Procurement Department will host a virtual webinar and free vendor registration on Friday, March 5, 2021, at 9 am EST. Team members will provide a step-by-step tutorial on the new software for the public and potential vendors.  The City of Stockbridge Procurement Department has partnered with Bonfire Interactive to create a new procurement portal that will allow interested individuals to digitally register for free as vendors with the City of Stockbridge.

    “Procurement will make every effort to develop a comprehensive procurement practice, which promotes fair, transparent, progressive and open competition in the procurement process while developing successful relationships with all vendors, " said Stockbridge Procurement Manager Lindell Y. Miller. "Our new vendor registration process will add to our efficiency. We are looking forward to sharing the information with members of the public.”

    Vendors are requested to visit the City of Stockbridge Procurement URL listed below and then follow the link to the Bonfire vendor registration page to register a company. Registration is simple and free. The City of Stockbridge Procurement Department is excited about the changes being made to streamline the free vendor registration process and looks forward to building business rapport.

    Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, Stockbridge City offices are physically closed off to community members at this time.  City officials have canceled public in-person meetings or gatherings until further notice. The Procurement Department is continuing to operate and conduct City business during the COVID-19 Pandemic. Bid openings go live online as required every Thursday at 3:01 pm EST.
