    Title: Sales Assistant Manager

    Reports to: Sales Manager     
     
    MAJOR FUNCTION:
    1. Work extensively on pricing procedures.
    2. Lead the sales team and monitor activities of team members.
    3. Assists and advises senior management on sales issues.
    4. Proactively identify opportunities to improve overall performance of team members.
    5. Provide functional expertise and execute functional responsibilities.
    6. Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis.
     
    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
    1. Sales & Distribution: configure and customize sales, delivery planning, billing document types, pricing, and partner determining factors.
    2. Management of the team’s overall performance to ensure all orders run smoothly.
    3. Ensure accuracy and completion of worksheet, BOM, and costing to support related departments.
    4. Ensure accuracy and completion of costing recap, spec sheets, and sell sheets.
    5. Coordinate test planning activities according to schedule.
    6. Schedule lab-based testing, and coordinate activities among internal and external test service group with QC team.
    7. R&D brainstorming for upgrades on existing products and new developments.
    8. Schedule lab-based testing, and coordinate activities among internal and external test service groups.
    9. Ensure required reports are sent accurately and according to schedule.  These can include ASN Report, Order List, Capacity Report, Rolling Report, Shipment Status Report, etc.
    10. SAP key-process: ATP (Available-To-Promise) Quotation manage & confirmation (Date, Capacity, Quantity).
     
    ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
    1. Assumes other duties as assigned by Team Leader and Director.
     
    PREREQUISITES FOR THE JOB:
    1. Bachelor's degree required, preferred degree in business or marketing.
    2. At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing industry for sales management and production planning.
    3. Expertise in SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) module.
    4. Proficient in Microsoft Office: Advanced skill level in Excel, including IBP Excel skill, and Intermediate PowerPoint required.
    5. Well-developed verbal and written communication skills, including great presentation skills.
    6. Bilingual Korean-English.
