Henry County CARES Act Grant Program for Small Businesses

Bring your lunch and join us on August 20, 2020, for the Virtual Business Booster Luncheon! This month, we will present information about the Henry County federal CARES Act (Coronavirus, Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act) supplemental grant funding allocated to support small businesses. Henry County staff members, Shannon B. Sagnot, Director of Administrative & Constituent Services and Community Development, and David Smith, Henry County Director of Finance, will lead the discussion about how the County intends to award $2 million in grants for job retention and creation. "While the COVID-19 pandemic has impacted the global, national, and local economy, Henry County is committed to offering assistance where possible for the small businesses that are the fabric of our communities," explained Joseph B. Henning, Chamber CEO.

Lead by Chamber CEO Hennings, the BBL will provide details about the grant, who qualifies, and how to apply. We hope to see you online at the August BBL!
