The Hudgins Room

The Hudgins Room at the Henry County Chamber of Commerce is the ideal facility for your upcoming event.

ROOM RENTAL FEES

Minimum rental is four (4) hours.

6:00 AM until 6:00 PM:

$50 per hour for the first four hours (or fraction thereof)

$40 per hour for each hour over four (or fraction thereof)

6:00 PM until Midnight:

$125 per hour (or fraction thereof)

OTHER FEES

Cleaning Fee (Required and Nonrefundable) - $ 75

Damage and Key Deposit (6:00 AM until 6:00 PM) - $200

Damage and Key Deposit (6:00 PM until Midnight) - $400
*This rate applies if all or any portion of the event occurs after 6:00 PM

Set Up / Break Down Fee (waived if lessee completes task and room returned to original configuration) - $100

Dance Floor - $150

Hourly Security Charge per Officer (min. 4 hrs.) - $50
